This is a small (23 condos) but very nice resortat the Red River Ski Area. Located on River Street, this new Worldmark resort is what used to be the new section of the infamous Riverside Lodge. All units overlook the scenic and splashy Red River.
The 1 bedroom units sleep 4 people in about 600 spacious square feet, have a king bed in the master bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in living area. The unit has a full kitchen, 1 bathroom, washer and dryer, patio or deck, and a gas fireplace.
The 2 bedroom units sleep 6 people in about 1000 spacious square feet, have a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, and a queen Murphy (hidden wall) bed in living area. The unit has a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, washer and dryer, patio or deck, and a gas fireplace.
All units have river, mountain and ski slope views. There is a shared outdoor gas BBQ grill area and a hot tub area. We have arranged for free wireless internet access,in-room, using our owner's account (a $20 value).
This is a ski in, ski out resort. You won't waste time driving or riding the bus to the slopes!

We have two spacious condos for 6 people, available for the Bike Rally: a 2BR Queen and a 2BR Twin. These units are the same except one has a queen bed and the other 2 twin beds in the second bedroom.

Resort Overview
If you're looking for the convenience of ski-in/ski-out lodging, your WorldMark resort in Red River, New Mexico, may be just the ticket. Located at the base of the Red River Ski and Snowboard Area, your resort is just 30 feet away from the nearest ski lift and only three blocks from the ski area's main entrance. In addition to skiing, you can also partake in snowboarding, snowshoeing, or snowmobiling.
While Red River (pop. 484) receives up to 188 inches of snow annually and is perfect for winter sports six months of the year, the area is also an ideal spot for other outdoor activities. Sunny 340 days a year, the resort invites you to spend the milder months hiking, biking, fishing, or horseback riding.
A visit to Red River—located at the southernmost tip of the Rocky Mountains in northern New Mexico—is not complete without a visit to nearby Taos or traversing the Enchanted Circle Tour. This National Scenic Byway circles Wheeler Peak, the highest in New Mexico, at 13,161 feet. May 23 to 28, 2012 marks the 30th annual celebration of the Red River Memorial Day Motorcycle Rally, one of the hottest motorcycle rallies in northern New Mexico. Red River is one of the most popular tourist destinations due to its scenic location and great climate. Centrally located in the beautiful north central mountains of New Mexico, Red River is the closest ski resort area to Texas and Oklahoma, as well as a short drive from Southern Colorado. At 8,750 feet above sea level, Red River is perched high in the Sangre de Cristo Mountain Range and surrounded by 1.5 million acres of the Carson National Forest.
Cruise the “Enchanted Circle”; a scenic 84-mile tour that takes you through a spectacular alpine valley that includes Angel Fire, Eagle Nest Village, Black Lake and Taos. You can also participate in the rally activities that begin on Friday by registering at the Chamber booth located on Main Street & Jacks & Sixes for the 50/50 cash drawing, you can also register on Saturday and Sunday as well. The rally is 1 mile of food, leather, jewelry, motorcycle accessories, live music, and of course 30,000 of the most awesome motorcycles ever seen! The local saloons offer a Best tattoo contest, Strong Man/Strong Woman contest, the longest ponytail contest, oldest Red River Rally T-Shirt contest, or maybe you are eligible for the farthest distance traveled on a motorcycle award. Monday begins with a CMA non-denominational service following with a ride up to Angel Fire for the parade and ceremonies at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial State Park in Angel Fire.
Many rallies claim to have the most beautiful scenic rides, and there is no way to really compare one area of our beautiful country to another, but Red River is definitely one of the top picks for the most scenic riding at a rally. With 58 trails nearly equally divided into beginner, intermediate, and expert runs and a lift capacity of 7,920 people per hour, it's no wonder this is such a popular ski area. A nationally recognized ski school on site caters to all levels, so if you've never strapped on a pair of skis before, you'll feel comfortable here. Snowboarders welcome. With more artists per capita than Paris and more non-profit cultural institutes than cities ten times its size, the artists' community of Taos—just 36 miles from your resort—is waiting to be explored. The paintings of Georgia O'Keeffe (1887-1986) were inspired by the northern New Mexico landscape. The artist settled in Abiquiu, New Mexico (about 100 miles away from your resort), in 1949. Her 5,000-square-foot home dating from the Spanish Colonial era can be toured by appointment only on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, from mid-March to November.
