The Mark IX Condominiums at Breckenridge is a 2 bedroom 1 bath unit with 675 square feet. It has a full kitchen, wood burning fireplace, TV, and DVD/VCR. It sleeps 6 people and has a queen-sized bed in the first bedroom, 2 twins in the second bedroom and queen-sized sofa sleeper in the living room.

We can also get other weeks, as available and upon request. The following pricing applies:
- Week 1 to Week 15 $899
- Week 16 to Week 20 $499

- Week 40 to Week 46 $499
- Week 47 to Week 52 $899
Any summer or winter/ski season requests that can be filled at under 14 days prior to the check-in date will be specially priced at $499 and $699, respectively ($200 off).

The Mark IX Condominiums at Breckenridge is located 3/4 mile from Main Street, with an hourly Summit Stage stop at the end of the driveway.
Amenities include free wireless internet, a large outdoor hot tub and common laundry room.
