Someone once said, "You can never have too many timeshares!" Well...don't believe them. But everyone needs a vacation, and everyone should buy a timeshare so they can guarantee that vacation.
We have too many timeshares and need to sell or even give them away to a good new home. Maybe that's you?
All of the following timeshares are "priced to move". In all cases, you (the Buyer) would be responsible for the added costs to transfer ownership. Typical transfer costs are deed preparation, recording, resort management transfer fees, and annual maintenance fees (you would pay them if due or reimburse us if they are already paid). In some cases there are overdue fees. Also, if you wanted a professional closing or title insurance (and, really, you don't need insurance), add about another $500 to the cost.
If you are really serious about owning one of the timeshares listed, we'll get together a total cost to transfer. But please, don't waste our time if you are "just looking." It takes time and several phone calls to get all the numbers together. We are also open to offers.
